Our Advantage

R&D Ability

Steelmate has 4 R&D Centers (Zhongshan headquarter, Shenzhen, Beijing and Wuhan branches). Hundreds of R&D engineers are responsible for entire product development procedures of hardware, software, structural design and industrial design, and half of whom with more than 10-year industrial experience.
Based on the V-model development process, we have developed various products from product design, simulation, review to verification, such as car and motorcycle alarm system, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), parking assist system (PAS), blind spot detection (BSD), forward collision warning (FCW), and other automotive safety electronics.
We have also obtained A-SPICE Level 2 certification and ISO SAE 21434 certification, which verifies Steelmate's capability to provide secure and reliable software for automotive electronics and can provide customers domestically and internationally with professional technology and quality services.

Equipment Investment

For instance, we have adopted a 3D printer and X-Ray CT scanner for prototype producing and component checking, respectively, considerably shortening the R&D cycle and delivery time. A well-established RoHS lab will monitor our products to ensure RoHS compliance. These tactics enable us to deliver quality products more quickly.

Testing capability

We practice standardized quality management based on the IATF16949 quality management system to continuously control and enhance product quality. Steelmate Testing Center is accredited by CNAS and can perform various tests according to ISO 17025 standards, such as environmental tests, ESD test, EMC test(ISO 7637), high/low temperature test and rain test for vehicles.
