STEELMATE CO.,LTD. was founded in Zhongshan, Guangdong province, China, with a registered capital of 80 million yuan. It is an accredited national High Technology Enterprise (HNTE) and provincial-level Engineering Technology R&D Center. Moreover, it is a member of the drafting committee for the Chinese mandatory national standard for TPMS (GB26149-2017 Performance requirements and test methods of tire pressure monitoring system for passenger cars), and it established Steelmate Testing Center accredited by CNAS to perform tests and calibrations under ISO 17025 standard.With substantially strong RD capability, it has obtained quite a few invention patents and utility model patents. In addition, its industrial park covers an area of 185 acres (120,000m2) with about 1,000 employees, and houses several intelligent manufacturing centers equipped with tens of automatically advanced production lines.

Our Advantage
R&D Ability
Steelmate has 3 R&D Centers (Zhongshan headquarter, Shenzhen and Wuhan branches). Hundreds of R&D engineers are responsible for entire product development procedures of hardware, software, structural design and industrial design, and half of whom with more than 10-year industrial experience.
Based on the V-model development process, we have developed various products from product design, simulation, review to verification, such as car and motorcycle alarm system, tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), parking assist system (PAS), blind spot detection (BSD), forward collision warning (FCW), and other automotive safety electronics.
We have also obtained A-SPICE Level 2 certification, which verifies Steelmate's capability to provide secure and reliable software for automotive electronics and can provide customers domestically and internationally with professional technology and quality services.
Manufacturing Ability
We keep upgrading production facilities and have built an intelligent manufacturing center. There are fully automatic production lines (equipment from Germany and Japan) for SMT process, automatic production lines for ultrasonic sensors (annual output 4.5million), BCMs workshop operating at PPM standard, automatically customized VCU/DCU controller and PEPS controller production lines, as well as independently developed flexible and automatic production devices. With years of experience, we can guarantee the conformity of product quality and timely delivery.
Equipment Investment
For instance, we have adopted a 3D printer and X-Ray CT scanner for prototype producing and component checking, respectively, considerably shortening the R&D cycle and delivery time. A well-established RoHS lab will monitor our products to ensure RoHS compliance. These tactics enable us to deliver quality products more quickly.
Quality Control
We practice standardized quality management based on the IATF16949 quality management system to continuously control and enhance product quality. Steelmate Testing Center is accredited by CNAS and can perform various tests according to ISO 17025 standards, such as environmental tests, ESD test, EMC test(ISO 7637), high/low temperature test and rain test for vehicles.
